History

Little Flock Fellowship Church is a non-denominational Bible church which began as a Bible study early in 1982. In the fall of that year, the first actual church service was held at the Yellow Deli restaurant in Mansfield, and the church name was chosen based on the verse, “Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has chosen to gladly give you His kingdom.” Luke 12:32. By 1983, approximately 25 people were attending the church, which met in the home of one of the church families. Later that year, the church began meeting at New Hope School in Mansfield. The church began providing support to international missions in 1983. This support has expanded to impact a number of local ministries as well as national and international ministries. Over the years the Lord has blessed the church with vibrant ministries for children, teens, women and men.

In 1992, the Lord provided an opportunity and Little Flock was able to purchase a building and land at the present location on the Old Lincoln Highway (30A), just east of Mifflin. The Lord has continued to bless Little Flock with growth and expanded ministry as the church seeks to fulfill its mission, “To Know Christ and to Make Him Known.”
